Transform how expats access essential administrative information in the Brussels Region through innovative AI technology. Join our exclusive 6-week pilot programme and become a trailblazer for digital inclusion in Europe.
Meet mAIté: your multilingual administrative assistant
mAIté is a revolutionary multilingual AI assistant specifically designed to navigate the complex administrative landscape of the Brussels Region. This cutting-edge tool bridges language barriers and simplifies bureaucratic processes for expat communities.
Our intelligent assistant understands the unique challenges faced by foreign nationals when dealing with Belgian administrative procedures, providing accurate, contextual guidance in multiple languages (250).
How it works?
The user asks a question in her own language to mAIté, via a WhatsApp conversation or a webpage. mAIté answers in the right language and provides a link to an official web source, that is automatically translated in the language of the user so she can pursue her quest for information in a trustworthy way.
